
This workshop invites you to work on basic chocolate-making techniques. It begins with a theoretical part with a brief explanation of cocoa, its history, and chocolate-making techniques. In the practical part, we learn to use a piping bag to make our chocolate lollipops.
The activity includes tasting. In case of food allergies, it is necessary to communicate them at booking.
The activity includes a free visit to the museum before or after the workshop.
The activity can be complemented with a guided tour of the museum’s permanent exhibition (supplement 5€ per student)

Practical workshop where students will learn about Modernisme and its connection to chocolate.

Explanation about the cocoa tree, the chocolate-making process, and its ingredients, followed by hands-on activities involving artistic expression and sensory experimentation with chocolate.

Through the history of chocolate, we dive into major themes of the pre-Columbian era, colonization, the introduction and expansion of chocolate in Europe, and the cultural changes it sparked.
