
Practical and cooperative workshop to learn and master the basic techniques of chocolate to come and enjoy with your team.
Learn how to temper, use the mold and the pastry hose and make basic products with chocolate. At the end of the workshop, we will have prepared 3 different products, from tiles to rocks, and we will have learned techniques to work chocolate in many other applications.

The activity includes a ticket to visit the museum before or after the workshop.
The last session to enter the museum is 30 minutes before closing time.
