We make a comparative tasting of different chocolates from the same cocoa, origin, and producer. We taste chocolates made with surprising ingredients and learn about the history and the elaboration process of artisan chocolate.
All tastings are made with bean-to-bar chocolate from the Barcelona pastry guilt foundation’s chocolate factory.
The activity includes tasting. In case of food allergies, it is necessary to communicate them at booking.
The activity includes a free visit to the museum before or after the workshop.
The activity can be complemented with a guided tour of the museum’s permanent exhibition (supplement 5€ per student)
