
The nougat that will make you enjoy this Christmas.
In this workshop for adults they will learn how to make a chocolate nougat filled with Gianduia. It is the most complete workshop where a whole set of pastry techniques are used such as the encamisat technique to make the chocolate coating, the hollowing technique to make the inside of the nougat and the preparation of the gianduia to make its delicious filling.
In the workshop, children under 16 must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult who must also purchase a ticket for the workshop.
Language: The activities are in Catalan and Spanish but the workshop staff can provide English translation if needed.

The activity includes a ticket for a free visit to the museum before or after the workshop. The last session to enter the museum is 30 minutes before closing.
