
Practical chocolate workshop based on the elaboration of lollipops. We will use the molds, the piping bag, and the cornet to create personalized lollipops. We will play with colors, textures, and different shapes. In addition to chocolate, we use different edible ingredients and decorations that complement or contrast with the cocoa flavors, some in surprising ways.
